Janatapal is an e-commerce store operating under a dropshipping model. All products are shipped directly from our suppliers to the customer. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return or refund requests within 14 days of receiving the product only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item received is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us before returning any item and provide clear proof (photos or videos).

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping and returns

Customers must not return products without contacting us first.
Return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the supplier.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
In most cases, refunds are processed without requiring the physical return of the item.
